Early Harvest, Cold Pressed, from Milas

Milasso olive oils are made from Memecik olives grown by a single farming family in Milas, Muğla — a region whose olive oil carries an EU Protected Designation of Origin. Olives are hand-picked green early in the season and cold-pressed the same day in a closed, light- and oxygen-free system. The result: free acidity below 0.3%, polyphenols above 350 mg/kg, verified by laboratory analysis.

Why Early Harvest Matters

Harvesting early means less oil per tree but a far higher concentration of polyphenols — the antioxidants behind extra virgin olive oil's peppery finish and its EFSA-recognised health claim. Learn more in our guide to early harvest olive oil and our honest look at Turkish olive oil quality.
