Dispatch Time

Orders with confirmed payment are handed to the courier within 1-2 business days. Orders placed at weekends and on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1-3 business days depending on your city. Your tracking number is shared by email when the shipment is created.

Shipping Fee

• Shipping is free for orders of 1,000 TRY and above.
• For orders below this amount, a fixed shipping fee is shown on the order page.
• All shipments are insured.

Damaged Deliveries

If you notice crushing, wetness or tearing on the parcel, have the courier issue a report before accepting the delivery and notify us the same day. Products reported this way are replaced free of charge.

Address Changes

You can send address change requests to [email protected] before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, address changes are at the courier's discretion.
