Where is Milasso olive oil produced?+
Memecik olives harvested from groves in Milas, Muğla are cold pressed within 24 hours of picking.
What does early harvest mean and why does it matter?+
Olives are picked in October and November before they fully ripen. In this period the polyphenol content is 3-5 times that of standard olive oils. Oil yield drops, but nutritional value and aroma are at their peak.
What is the difference between Ultra Premium and Premium?+
The Ultra Premium range has ≤0.3% acidity and 350+ mg/kg polyphenols and is designed for raw consumption. The Premium range, with ≤0.5% acidity and 250+ mg/kg polyphenols, is ideal for everyday cooking.
How should I store olive oil?+
Store in a cool, dark place at 18-22°C with the cap closed. Light and heat are olive oil's greatest enemies. Once opened, glass bottles should be consumed within 3-4 months and tins within 6 months.
How long does delivery take?+
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days depending on your city.
How much is shipping?+
Shipping is free for orders of 1,000 TRY and above. For orders below this amount, a fixed shipping fee is shown on the order page.
Which payment methods can I use?+
You can pay by bank transfer; account details are emailed to you after the order. Credit card payment infrastructure is being prepared.
Do you accept corporate and bulk orders?+

What are the return conditions?+
You have an unconditional right of return within 14 days of delivery for unopened products. For food safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
