How do I ship the return?+
Send the products you wish to return by courier to: Milasso, Milas, Muğla. Return shipping is paid by you.
How long do I have to return?+
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product. At Milasso we extend this period to 15 days.
When will the refund reach my account?+
Once the returned product reaches us and is checked, your refund is issued within 14 business days according to your payment method. For credit card refunds, your bank's posting time may vary between 2 and 10 days.
What are the return conditions?+
Food products may be returned if the packaging is unopened, the seal is intact and the item is in resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, opened olive oil and soap products cannot be returned.
