Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's milasso.com.tr website, pursuant to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS COVERED
The type, quantity, VAT-inclusive sale price, payment method and total amount including all taxes are stated on the order page.
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY
Following the order confirmation sent to the BUYER by email, the product is delivered within 30 days at the latest, to the address specified by the BUYER on the order form.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without penalty. For food products, items may be returned if the packaging is unopened and undamaged.
ARTICLE 6 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
The BUYER acknowledges having been informed on milasso.com.tr about the essential characteristics of the product, the sale price, the payment method and the delivery conditions, and having given the necessary approvals electronically.
