Terms of Use and Membership Agreement

1. PARTIES

This agreement is concluded between the user of the milasso.com.tr website and Milasso Gıda Tarım San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.

2. DEFINITIONS

Site: the website published under the milasso.com.tr domain.
Member: a person who registers by completing the membership form.
User: anyone who visits the site.

3. SUBJECT

This agreement sets out the terms of use of the site and the rules of membership.

4. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

Membership requires being at least 18 years old and providing accurate information. The user is responsible for the accuracy of member information.

5. PRIVACY

Milasso protects members' personal data under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Information is not shared with third parties except where legally required.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, images, design and software on the site are the property of Milasso. They may not be used, copied or distributed without permission.

7. LIABILITY

The user agrees to use the site in accordance with the law. Site content may be changed without prior notice.

8. DISPUTES

Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.
